We currently ship within Greece and selected European Union countries.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available shipment details.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned products must:
- Be unused.
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, where applicable.
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product or, where applicable, from the date satisfactory proof of return is provided.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
