RETURNS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@playhousegames.eu before returning the product.

Returned products must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods (or proof of return, where applicable).
